Booking terms

These terms govern direct inquiries and bookings for experiences offered by Danna Tours in La Ventana, Baja California Sur. Final availability, tour type, price and conditions are confirmed in writing before departure.

• Departures depend on availability and reaching the stated minimum for the selected option.
• The booking is confirmed after completing the online payment by credit or debit card.
• A booking is confirmed only when Danna Tours expressly confirms it through WhatsApp, email or the booking system.

If Danna Tours cancels because of weather, safety or operational reasons, 100% of any amount actually paid will be refunded. Customer cancellations follow the conditions confirmed at booking; the website states a 100% refund with 24 hours' notice or under the conditions communicated for a same-day cancellation. Request written confirmation before booking.

Wildlife roams freely. No particular species, water entry or interaction is guaranteed. The route, actual duration and activities may change because of wind, waves, visibility, wildlife activity, crew instructions, regulations and current permits.

• Follow the captain's and guide's instructions at all times.
• Before booking, disclose any accessibility or relevant safety need using only the information necessary for assessment.
• The experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers or children under 2 years old.
• Danna Tours may change, limit or cancel an activity when conditions or applicable rules require it.

Snorkeling and spearfishing take place only when sea conditions, participant ability, safety guidance, regulations and current permits allow. Their inclusion in the tour does not guarantee that either activity can take place on a particular departure.

The website may link to or integrate WhatsApp, Bókun and other external services. Their platforms, payments and data processing are also governed by their own terms. Danna Tours does not control the technical availability of those services.

Photographs illustrate real or representative experiences but do not guarantee that the same wildlife or conditions will recur. Text, photographs, visual identity and other content may not be reused commercially without permission, except where allowed by law.
